How do I confirm or reschedule a tour?

Please log into your CareLuLu dashboard and at the top of the page you will see a “Pending Tour Request” with a “Confirm” and a “Reschedule” button.

Please note that if you click “Confirm”, the parent will receive a confirmation notice for a tour at the requested time. They will also receive a reminder email the day before your tour. If you click on the “Reschedule” button, the parent will receive an email letting them know that you were not available at the requested time, and that the provider will be reaching out to them shortly to arrange for another day.

If you do not press either one of the buttons, the tour will automatically get cancelled with an email sent to you and the parent notifying of the cancellation.
