I disagree with a review. What can I do?

If someone posts a negative review about your program, there are a few things you could do to remedy the situation.

  1. If you know who left the review, reach out to the parent. The parent may be willing to retrieve their review or modify it, if you address their concerns.
  2. If that is not possible, the next best course of action is for you to reply directly to the review, which you can do through your dashboard. Remain professional and composed in your response, do not get defensive.
  3. Ask other parents that can vouch for you to leave you a review. Getting several positive reviews will help balance out the negative one.
