What does it mean to "claim" my profile and how do I do that?

If your child care program is licensed by the State, has a County permit or has voluntarily registered, you will likely be found on CareLuLu. Claiming your profile means to take ownership of the program listing. In order to claim your child care listing:

  1. Go to your profile page and toward the bottom of the page, click on the link next to “Do you run this child care program?”.
  2. You will then receive a special link via email.
  3. Click on the email link which will take you to your profile page with a pop up over it.
  4. Create a password for your account & click “Sign in”.
  5. Once you’re logged in, you should click on “Edit My Profile” in the menu and update information we have on file about your program.
