Why hasn't a provider responded to my inquiry?

There are a number of reasons why a child care provider may not respond, such as:

  • The child care may no longer be in operation, but has not been updated on our website yet.
  • They may be full, have a waitlist and are too busy to reply.
  • They may not have received your email or voice mail because we all know those can get lost.
  • They may not have had a chance to get back to you just yet.

If you don’t hear from a child care program, try contacting several others to make sure you find a spot for your little one.
